Dayton, Ohio – TDH Marketing, Inc. announces two promotions to senior management to accommodate continuing business growth.
Janet Bismark, who has been with the company for 10 years, has been promoted to Director of Account Management. In her new position, Ms. Bismark will ensure that TDH Marketing maintains optimal client service and support levels to meet the needs of the Firm’s expanding number of global clients. She will also oversee the training and management of all Account Mangers, assume responsibility for all client-related operational systems management and maintain responsive communications with all clients.
“Janet’s work in account management has encompassed an extensive array of responsibilities including project organization, management and support, client retention and expansion and quality control. She has effectively supported numerous clients worldwide in the successful completion of their projects, helping each to grow in their respective markets,” commented Tim Hull, President & CEO of TDH Marketing. “She has also welcomed, assisted and trained new hires at TDH for many years, making each feel welcome, helping each to adapt to their new responsibilities and supporting their success.”
Bismark graduated magna cum laude from Wilmington College and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management. She and her husband reside in West Chester.
TDH Marketing is also pleased to announce the promotion of another long-term employee, Charles Moser, to Director of Interactive Services. In his new role, Moser, an 11-year company veteran, assumes an expanded leadership role within the web and interactive application development team, including client engagement and relationship management, quality control, knowledge transfer, mentoring and training of his fellow team members.
Mr. Moser has managed the web and interactive services department since 1997, including web site design as well as interactive multimedia and custom software application development for TDH Marketing’s global clientele. His vast expertise in 3-D modeling, gaming and animation as well as time tested and proven experience in the development of standard and custom e-commerce solutions and sell-side applications has been instrumental in allowing TDH to provide a growing portfolio of technology enabled marketing solutions that enhance our clients’ competitiveness and stimulate the ongoing growth of their businesses,” comments Bert Kollaard, Vice President and General Manager, Interactive Services.
