Upon approval by the Board of Trustees, TDH implemented the branding plan. Services provided included: brand identity development, website development, public relations and print materials. The branding plan and the subsequent marketing campaign resulted in a significant increase in revenue (+32%), referrals (+21%), website traffic (+160%), awareness (+26%) and inquiries (+28%).

Marketing plan developed by TDH Marketing, identifying global opportunities for a new product using innovative technology that better served the needs of customers worldwide. Product performance parameters, sales channels, geographical and market segment opportunities, product branding and positioning and pricing were all handled by TDH. Additional services provided included: public relations; advertising; event planning; website development; print materials. First year’s sales achieved plan with a 55% gross margin.

Strategic Plan Development - Economic Development & Business Services
TDH Marketing facilitated the development of a new strategic plan for this organization – establishing the development process, leading the discussions, directing subcommittee initiatives as well as writing the final document and organizing communication of the plan both internally and externally. The final strategies were a major shift for the organization. TDH’s involvement also included the development of the operational plans and programs that supported the implementation of the strategic plan as well as identification of organizational and human resources needs. The organization realized a 300% membership increase and was recognized with numerous awards by the end of the initial plan period.
